I finish with a tuning fork body attunement and hot stones, I assist with guided meditations to clear energy blocks, energy work to balance chakras and BreathWork which is cosmically transformative clearing generationally stored emotions to bring clarity, insight, direction and release trauma, depression anxiety. Combine these elements with multimedia art therapy in a workshop or retreat and the transformation beautifully magnifies.

LORI IS THE BEST!!!
Went to see her for a FOOT ZONING session and I was traveling from out of state and had a time mix up but she was so sweet and still accommodated me! Absolutely loved it and is definitely part of my routine now. Can’t wait to go back!
